Description
The Anatomy of a Croissant Print. Inspired by Melbourne's very best, the Lune Croissanterie traditional French croissant. In an interview with the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Lune's founder Kate Reid identified the parts of the croissant. The ears, the nose and the bum. This handy visual has now been created so that we can easily identify the very important parts on the anatomy of the croissant.
