HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

FREE standard shipping Australia-wide for orders over $100 or $5.95 on orders under $100 

All orders will be provided with tracking information.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For orders within Australia please allow up to 3-14 days for delivery of ordered items. Due to Stage 4 Covid-19 Restrictions in Victoria shipping on some orders is taking longer than expected

All items except for prints are posted from The Juliet Report HQ in Melbourne using Australia Post. 

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email advising you of this.

All prints are directly sent from the printer:

** Please note that due to Stage 4 Covid 19 Restrictions in Victoria, all prints will be sent via our printer here in Melbourne. They are doing two postal runs per week. Thank you for your understanding. **

 

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Unfortunately we are not currently offering shipping outside of Australia.

If you are an International Customer please get in touch with us via email: juliet@thejulietreport.com and we may be able to discuss international shipping options with you.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Orders are inspected and approved before sale, the goods are packed in perfect condition and if items are found damaged on arrival, a dispute with Australia Post shall be taken forth. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. For your reference, we suggest you take photos of any damage. 

The Juliet Report Store does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.
